I am hindu girl and I have feelings for Muslims. I always find them attractive and best suited for me. I have heard about itr jihad/ love jihad. But I don’t trust it. If I start dating a Muslim guy and if it goes to marriage. How can I convince my parents that I want to marry a Muslim guy? Is it compulsory to change name? Back after a long time. My advice to Shilu and Ritu is that they are perhaps brain washed. Islam is not a religion but a cruel,hatred,discriminatory mind set preached through Koran. Religion preaches peace, harmony, love, affection,adjusting nature, but Koran preaches, terrorism,bomb blast,killing murder,rape and use all deceptive tactics to trap non islamic girls to multiply islamic population.
Koran also preaches that in case one is killed in terrorist activities,
he is blessed with pleasure of 72 virgins in the heaven.
Female genital mutiliation, tripple talak, halala, testimony of women just half of male, rape victims needs minimum 4 eye witnesses to prove rapes.
You both are innocent, perhaps ready to land in a hot fry pan.

Hi Shilu,
First you have to select a boy you want to marry and find out if he is willing to marry you. However, you are raising some good questions here. What Bollywood stars get aways from may not be possible for an ordinary street person like you. However, these are two good examples to stick too. Basically, you have to ask the guy upfront if you 1) have to change you name, 2) do you have to change your religion from Hindu to Muslim and 3) wear head cover. Further, 4) if talaak and polygamy is applicable to your case. If you want to avoid all these issues, simply tell the guy that you wish to marry only by the Special Marriage Act 1954 (meaning court marriage). If he is a true Muslim, he will say NO.
