What was a problem in your marriage leading to divorce?
Did religion played a role in your fights?
Do you have children?
Do you consider yourself Hindu or Muslim? If Muslim, you should marry to another Muslim girl. What ever you do, please disclose truth to who ever the girl.
Malaysian marriage laws are all favoring Muslims and to expand Islamic faith. Malaysian government will not ever let you be a Hindu if they have record of you being a Muslim. According to Muhammad, “Whoever changes his Islamic religion, then kill him.” (Bukhari 9.84.57). Read Malaysian marriage laws very carefully.
Normally, answer is yes to both of your questions. However, if your ID says “Hindu” (meaning not saying Muslim), you are in a good shape. Does our passport or any other government document have your Muslim name or religion? Lets talk more.
