    Hi Pratiksha,

We assume you are a Hindu. Just tell him that you are a Hindu and will die as a Hindu. Further, tell him (if you believe it) that our children will not be carrying any religious-label till they are adult age 21 to decide their faith. It is his problem to solve, stay firm.

Churches will not do it unless you sign a prenuptial legal agreement. Best would be go get married by the Special Marriage Act 1954. Let your love rule, not a church or Mandir! Best wishes.
