Dear readers,
Death Fatwa is an Islamic religio-judicial ruling, based on Sharia law, calling for the death of those, who oppose or criticize Islam or Prophet Muhammad, which is deemed a capital crime in Islam publishable by death. There have been series of death fatwas by Islamic clerics and politicians in recent years and decades, the latest being against American makers of the film “Innocence of Muslims”, which amounts to calling for death of someone for practicing Freedom of Speech, which is one’s Human Rights in Western Constitutions and the UN Charter.
And incredibly, not one major political figure in the Republican or Democratic Party has called for the arrest of the proclaimers of the fatwa or condemned the governments of those countries that give protection to such heinous inciters of murder.
Issuing a death fatwa on someone for practicing his/her human rights is the worst incitement of violence, and by doing so, the proclaimer becomes an accomplice to the intended murder. It would be as if Al Capone or other mafia leaders called publicly for the death of their opponents, offering generous reward for anyone for executing the death order.
Plan of action needed against fatwas
We must demand that the US and all Western Governments immediately implement a four-part strategy to defend the human rights of all world citizens from political murder.
APPLICATION OF THE LIFE, LIBERTY, PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS CLAUSE OF THE US DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE AND THE FIRST AMENDMENT OF THE US CONSTITUTION AS CONSTITUTIONAL PROTECTIONS TO ALL PEOPLES OF ALL THE NATIONS OF THE WORLD FROM EXTRAJUDICIAL MURDER
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.
These are powerful, timeless words. They stand as a beacon for all humanity. These words are not only the Constitution of the United States – they are the Constitution of ALL mankind. EVERY HUMAN BEING has the full Constitutional human right to equality and unalienable rights – Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.
There can be no life without liberty and no liberty without life. Freedom of expression is the very essence of liberty and meaningful life. The imposition of Islamic totalitarianism will be the death-knell of liberty.
The issuance of death fatwas is a criminal act of inciting extrajudicial murder, denying the right to life, liberty, freedom of expression, and happiness to its victims. Arrest warrants must not only be issued against the fatwa proclaimer, but also governments that protect such vile criminals and inciters of terrorism also be censured and referred to the International Criminal Court at the Hague.
On its part, the US Congress should declare that ALL peoples of the world have been granted Constitutional protection of their life, liberty and pursuit of happiness, and individuals and governments that disrupt or imperil those rights of an individual can be sued in the US courts. This means that all those against whom fatwas have been issued as well as individuals or group—Christian, Hindu, Buddhist, or otherwise—who have been denied equality, could sue their oppressors of Muslim countries in US courts. Even Muslim women, whose human rights are violated or are denied equality, can sue for the protection of their rights, and equality with Muslim men, in US courts. The US courts would punish individuals, such as proclaimers of death fatwas, with arrest warrants as well as those governments with measures such as denying visas to UN delegations to withdrawal of monetary assistance and even economic sanctions.
Class action lawsuits should immediately be launched in US courts on behalf of those oppressed in Muslim lands or elsewhere, and all those living under death fatwa. This will be a historical event toward ensuring the rights and dignity of individuals irrespective of their residence or nationality, which will change history.

INITATE AN IMMEDIATE $100 BILLION US CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT IN US COURTS AGAINST IRAN/EQYPT FOR THE ISSUANCE OF FATWAS SEEKING DEATH
Immediately an $100 billion US class action lawsuit should be initiated in US courts against Iran and Eqypt for the issuance of death-fatwas against Salman Rushdie, Geert Wilders, Jerry Falwell, through to Shahin Najafi, a Germany-based Iranian singer and a blanket fatwa calling for the killing of all those who insult the Quran, including anyone who burns the Islamic holy book issued by Ayatollah Naser Makareme Shirazi and Ayatollah Hossein Nouri-Hamedani on Sept 13 2011. In addition, international arrest warrants to be issued against President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, Supreme Leader Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamene, Ayatollah Naser Makareme Shirazi and Ayatollah Hossein Nouri-Hamedani and all others in Iran, who have issued such fatwas. International arrest warrants must also be issued for Egyptian President Morsi, Sheikh Abu Mundhir Al-Shinqiti, Ahmad Fouad Ashoush, Public Prosecutor Abdel Meguid Mahmoud, Brigadier General Magdy al-Shafei, and from Lebanon – Hezbollah Secretary General Hassan Nasrallah.

Immediately a $500 billion US class action lawsuit must also be initiated against Islamic countries for the violation of the constitutional protections of the rights and dignity of Christians, Hindus, Buddhists, gays, apostates and Muslim women, seeking compensation for the above groups, who have lost loved ones and/or suffered economic privations.

In this context, let us review the people currently under death fatwa from Islamic cleric, governments and political leaders.
1) Fatwas related to “Innocence of Muslims” film: Egypt has issued arrest warrants for eight individuals linked to the movie “Innocence of Muslims”. Charges, which could result in the death penalty, are being brought against Florida Pastor Terry Jones, Nakoula Basseley Nakoula, supposed maker of the film, and six other Coptic Christians. Public Prosecutor Abdel Meguid Mahmoud referred the eight people believed to be involved in making the “Innocence of Muslims” to Cairo Criminal Court on Tuesday, and ordered that they be taken into custody on charges of producing a film that defames Prophet Muhammad.
“The warrant of arrest was issued [in Egypt] against the defendants after the prosecutor accused them of committing crimes harming the unity of the nation and defamation of the Islamic religion,” said the head of Egypt’s Interpol office, Brigadier General Magdy al-Shafei.
“Prominent Salafi-Jihadi Cleric Issues Fatwa Sanctioning Killing Of U.S. Ambassadors, Including Chris Stevens,” from MEMRI, September 20.
Following the September 11, 2012 killing of U.S. Ambassador to Libya Chris Stevens, a number of queries were sent in to the Salafi-jihadi website Minbar Al-Tawhid Wal-Jihad (MTJ) regarding the legitimacy of this action. Answering on behalf of the website’s sharia committee, Sheikh Abu Mundhir Al-Shinqiti issued a fatwa in which he approved of the killing of the U.S. ambassador and other U.S. diplomats, and refuted religious arguments raised by some Islamic scholars against such actions.
Ahmad Fouad Ashoush issued the religious edict this week via jihadist Internet forums. In addition to producer Nakoula Basseley Nakoula, the fatwa is directed at everyone involved with the film including the cast and crew of the film.
“I issue a fatwa and call on the Muslim youth in America and Europe to do this duty, which is to kill the director, the producer and the actors and everyone who helped and promoted the film,” the edict reads.
He urged Muslim youth in America and Europe to “teach those filthy lowly ones a lesson that all the monkeys and pigs in America and Europe will understand” for insulting the name of the prophet Muhammad.
The presidents of the German political parties – Pro Deutschland and PRO NRW – Manfred Rouhs and Markus Beisicht have also found their names and address on the death list of the Egyptian imam Ahmed Fuad Ashoush.
FATWA FROM LEBANON: Hezbollah Secretary General Hassan Nasrallah issued a fatwa – calling on young Muslims in Western countries in particular to carry out the death sentence of Nakoula Basseley Nakoula, the film’s creator and an Egyptian-American Coptic Christian, as well as the film’s actors and all those involved in its making.
“I issue a fatwa and call on the Muslim youth in America and Europe to do this duty, which is to kill the director, the producer and the actors and everyone who helped and promoted the film,” Nasrallah said, the Daily Telegraph reported.
2) Fatwas on Salman Rushdie: The Iranian government fatwa against author Salman Rushdie for his 1989 novel, The Satanic Verses, is probably the most well-known Islamic fatwa in living memory. Rushdie had to live under hiding for nearly two decades for the fatwa, although he has started living a normal life in recent years in the US. Although, in 1998 Iran stated it was no longer pursuing Rushdie’s death, the decree was again reversed in early 2005 by the present theocrat, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
Although Rushdie has got back his freedom of some sorts, his Japanese translator, Hitoshi Igarashi, was stabbed to death in Tokyo in 1991, and his Italian translator was beaten and stabbed in Milan. In 1993, Rushdie’s Norwegian publisher William Nygaard was shot and severely injured in an attack outside his house in Oslo. Thirty-seven guests died when their hotel in Sivas, Turkey was torched by locals protesting against Aziz Nesin, Rushdie’s Turkishtranslator.
Rushdie has also been caught up in the “Innocence of Muslims” films hysteria as an independent Iranian clerical body has revived the death fatwa against him and even raised the price on Rushdie’s head to $3.3m.
“I am increasing the reward for the killing of Salman Rushdie another 500,000 dollars. The one who puts this demand into action will immediately receive the whole amount,” the news agency Reuters quoted from a statement by Hassan Sanei, the president of the state-friendly foundation “15th Chordad” to the Iranian ISNA news agency.
Ayatollah Ali Khamenei confirmed the validity of Islamic legal opinion against Rushdie. This is supported by the current President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.
3) Iranian death fatwas against rapper Shahin Najafi: An Iranian rapper named Shahin Najafi living in Germany has been forced into hiding after hardline clerics offered a $100,000 bounty for his murder, because of his song which satirized the Tehran regime and making allegedly irreverent remarks about the tenth Islamic imam.
Fatwa against Geert Wilders: Internationally well-known politician, Geert Wilders, is one of many Dutch politicians, carrying a fatwa against him. In 2008, Wilders received 285 death threats, with a further 264 aimed at all Dutch politicians. There were a total of 145 protection orders for Wilders in 2006; in 2005, there were 110. An Australian imam named Feiz Muhammad has issued a fatwa calling for the Dutch politician’s beheading, as of 2010.
4) Fatwa against Jerry Falwell: In an interview given on September 30, 2002, for the October 6 edition of 60 Minutes, American Christian minister Jerry Falwell said: “I think Muhammad was a terrorist. I read enough by both Muslims and non-Muslims, [to decide] that he was a violent man, a man of war.”
The following Friday, Mohsen Mojtahed Shabestari, the spokesman of Iran’s Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, issued a fatwa calling for Falwell’s death, saying Falwell was a “mercenary and must be killed.” He added, “The death of that man is a religious duty, but his case should not be tied to the Christian community.”
5) Death fatwas against Taslima Nasreen: Fundamentalists in Bangladesh proclaimed a similar fatwa against Taslima Nasreen in 1993 against a series of newspaper columns in which she was critical of the treatment of women under Islam. The next year she wrote Lajja (Shame) which described the abuse of women and minorities in Islamic Bangladesh. Again there were calls for her death, and her passport was confiscated. Within the legal system, she felt that she might have faced a jail term of up to two years, where she was likely to be murdered. She managed to escape the country via Calcutta, was granted asylum in Sweden, and then lived in Paris, and finally came to India. Even in India, she had to flee the city of Calcutta and move to Delhi under Indian government’s strict orders following riots in Calcutta.
6) Fatwa against Isioma Daniel: Mamuda Aliyu Shinkafi, the deputy governor of Zamfara state in Nigeria, issued a fatwa in November 2002 calling for the death of journalist Isioma Daniel for comments suggesting that Muhammad may have chosen a wife from one of the Miss World contest.
7) Fatwa against Raheel Raza? Raheel Raza, a Muslim human rights activist who has advocated for gender equality, especially for Muslim women, became the first woman to lead mixed-gender Muslim prayers in Canada, in 2005, and said: “I already have a fatwa against me”.
Similar fatwas are hanging against others, such as Iraqi Kuridsh author Mariwan Halabjaee, issued by Mullah Krekar, threatening to kill Halabjaee for writing the book, Sex, Sharia and Women in the History of Islam. Both Krekar and Halabjaee reside in Norway. “I swear that we will not live if you live. Either you go before us, or we go before you,” said Krekar. Krekar compared Halabjaee with Salman Rushdie and Ayaan Hirsi Ali.
Ulil Abshar Abdalla, an Indonesian writer, was also issued a death fatwa by a group of Indonesian Islamic clerics from Forum Ulama Umat Islam for an article that Ulil wrote in Kompas in 2002, “Menyegarkan Kembali Pemahaman Islam” (Rejuvenating the Islamic Understanding) that was considered heretical by the clerics. In March 2011, a letter filled with explosives addressed to Ulil at Komunitas Utan Kayu exploded, injuring a police officer.

ranian clerics are slowly becoming more and more like those loonies in Saudi Arabia (although King Abdullah is trying to put a cap on that) and al-Shabaab in Somalia. Although al-Shabaab are ridiculous Islamic militants trying to gain rule in a fundamentally lawless land, by passing asinine fatwas against pretty much everything and anything, Iran is a modern, civilized (other than its rulers) country. Yet, Iran has been issuing fatwas that rival those from al-Shabaab and some of the clerics in Saudi Arabia. It seems as if Saudi Arabia is slowly trying to drag itself out of the dark ages, while Iran is digging a big, deep hole to climb back in.
This year, Iran issued a fatwa regarding men’s hairstyles. And a fatwa against suntanned women, and non-compliance could land a woman in jail . And now, there’s a fatwa against a man’s best friend- ‘dogs’ . It also includes advertising anything to do with pets.
What started off as a fatwa by the Grand Ayatollah Nasser Makarem Shirazi, has turned into a state-sponsored fatwa by the Iranian Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance. Back in June, Shirazi claimed that since dogs are ‘unclean’ (well, yeah, so are some human beings), that Iranians who owned dogs were
“blindly imitating the West” and that their devotion to the animals would result in “evil outcomes”.
“Many people in the West love their dogs more than their wives and children,” he said.
Evil outcomes? Like what? Sure there are some crazy people like the woman in Florida who left her millions to her Chihuahua, but that doggy probably loved her for who she was and not her millions. All joking aside, what is this cleric thinking? Dogs existed back in Mohammad’s day and there are some who claim he owned one. In fact, Shiraz even admitted that nowhere in the Qu’ran, per se, does it mention that dogs are forbidden or that humans are to have no contact with the animals. It does mention that you should clean a bowl seven times if licked by a dog, but that’s just common sense, although seven times is a little obsessive.
Apparently, guard and sheep dogs are okay, but what about seeing-eye dogs for the blind? In the U.K. Muslim taxi and bus drivers have refused to transport blind people if they have a guide-dog in spite of the fact that they don’t have to touch them.
So, now anyone in Iran who is caught with a dog, either in their car or at a park will be fined.
And forget advertising pet, food, pets or anything to do with pets, because that has been banned, as well, because that too is part of the “decadent” Western culture. Right. It’s so, so evil and decadent and Western to have a pet, which studies have proven to be very therapeutic to the old and infirm.
What I want to know, are cats okay? Or is it just dogs, because cats are just as ‘unclean’ in their grooming habits as dogs.

It is high time for us to acknowledge and face the cold, hard reality that Islam is an antithetical ideology that threatens our democracy and freedom. Our society is slowly getting assimilated to Islam; Muslims are not assimilating into our democracy and freedom. It is not us who must change. Democracy and freedom, equality of all peoples, the rule of law, and our democratic constitution are non-negotiable. We must demand that Muslims abandon Islam or embrace our secular ethos of the separation of religion and state. We don’t have to try to be Mr. Nice Guy and be politically correct. We must unabashedly and resolutely demand this from whoever comes to our shore.
But our leaders, so far, have failed in demanding that. And by so doing, the West is paving its own downfall. Through the fear of offending others, through appeasement — the West is creating the prospect of a greater war or the destruction of our civilization. In this context, Winston Churchill’s House of Commons speech on May 2, 1935 is relevant:
“Want of foresight, unwillingness to act when action would be simple and effective, lack of clear thinking, confusion of counsel until the emergency comes, until self-preservation strikes its jarring gong – these are the features which constitute the endless repetition of history.”
It is foresight and resolve like that of Churchill’s which helped us win the Second World War against the Nazis. We could learn similar lesson from the West’s Cold War against Communist Russia that was an “Evil Empire” by Ronald Reagan.
We must also remember and preferably understand that Islam is greater and more resolute enemy than others, and no less resolve and straightforwardness will work against it. If we fail in that, it is not only the greatest experiment of Multiculturalism, but also the greatest achievements of human civilization – our liberty, democracy and human rights – will all be lost.

Egypt warns giving women some rights could destroy society
UNITED NATIONS (Reuters) -Egypt‘s ruling Muslim Brotherhood warns that a U.N. declaration on women’s rights could destroy society by allowing a woman to travel, work and use contraception without her husband’s approval and letting her control family spending.

The Muslim Brotherhood should be worried. Equal rights for women would not destroy society but Islam.

In Islam, a married woman is the property of her husband. He is permitted to use violence to control his wife. Wife beating is divinely sanctioned by Allah in the Koran and the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad.

Four reasons that sanction men beating their wives:

1. Educate the people about the incidences and reality about the Imams and Maulavis
2. Encourage other enlightened/educated people to do the same
3. Organise like minded people and start something at ground level and in cyberspace. Encourage brainstorming sessions to bring out innovative and effective remedies.
4. Knock the doors of ‘Human rights’ and involve the activists, nationally and internationally.
5. Try to keep yourself away from the ghettos of the Islamists for your safety. You can do more by leaving away from them for sometime or until you are not strong enough to fight with them.

Muhammad versus Krishna, Christ and Dayananda
What is dissimilar between Muhammad and all the other three – Krishna, Christ and Dayananda. All the above four have been assassinated or tried to be killed by somebody. Muhammad cought a jewish woman to have poisoned his food and so was Swami Dayananda by his cook. A hunter struck the sole of Krishna and Christ was crucified. All of the four died sooner or later but their respective killers happened to meet all of them before they breathed their last. It’s interesting to explore how they behaved with their murderers before leaving their mortal garb.

Krishna was meditating when the arrow struck his sole as the hunter mistook his sole for a deer’s eye. He came running to capture his prey but was shocked to find what he has done. He apologised and was not only pardoned but also consoled not to be sad. Similarly, Christ forgave his assassins and Dayananda helped the cook with gold to flee so that the cook could save himself.

I totally relate to you for the comment you made about shirk, but seriously God won’t even forgive me if I have done an atoms weight of injustice to even a non muslim, because Allah has created everyone equal and given them free will. Don’t you feel that considering Shirk (polytheism) as the greatest SIN than all other sins such as raping women and torturing others to death is an amazing thing about Islam? Have you ever given it a thought what you have become after converting to Islam? This is what the terrorists think and do all sorts of killing of not only the non-Muslims but also Muslims belonging to other sects interpreting Islamic religious books differently. This is the root cause that has inspired the Muslim emperors to attack others, put the non-Muslim men to death and plunder the womenfolk for the last 1400 years. This long tradition includes the attackers from Mahmud Ghaznavi, Ghori, Taimurlund, Babar and Nadir Shah who alone plundered 20,000 women of Delhi who found their place in the Iranian harem! This also includes not only killing but torturous killing of around 100 million males in India alone! And all this was done in the supervision of Islamic Mullahs,Imams and Maulavis who never forbade the Muslim plunderers from the acts of cruelty.
Now a days, the Muslim estates are not militarily strong and hence the tactics has been changed to love proselytisation. The Islamic intellectuals have their role to play in this expansion of Islamic ideology to guard them against any attact from the non-Muslims. It prevents the alienation of non-Muslims from the Muslims and allows them to continue with the age old ambition of turning the whole world to a Muslim world.
I am sorry to say that you are also inching to the same lot. You have already imbibed the ideological part. Now this ideology has to be translated into practice. I request you to take some time and think on what I have mentioned for your good becoz I am not in the conversion business.

A fatwa is a legal judgment or learned interpretation that a qualified jurist or mufti can give on issues pertaining to the Islamic law. It can concern any aspect of an individuals life
A death sentence is rarely used in a fatwa. Also FATWAS ARE NOT BINDING ON ANYONE, individuals are free to accept it or not

Can a man harm his beautiful wife with the “evil eye”?
If a man were to say to his wife that she looks beautiful should he always say mashaa’Allaah, or is this excessive?

The Hadith of Muslim says; the “evil eye” is real, as the Prophet said: “The evil eye is real and if anything were to overtake the divine decree it would be the evil eye.”

The evil eye usually comes from people who are jealous or envious.

Everyone who gives the evil eye is jealous, but not everyone who is jealous gives the evil eye… then he said: It begins when the person likes something, then his evil soul dwells on the matter, and by continually looking at the person who has the thing of which he feels jealous, he directs his venom towards him.
Does the evil soul also have an evil eye?
A person may put the evil eye on himself, or he may put the evil eye on someone else without intending to, because it is a part of his nature.

Although it is correct that the evil eye comes from people who feel jealous, it may also come from a person who is not jealous but merely likes something, because of the hadeeth of Ibn al-Sunni in ‘Aml al-Yawm wa’l-Laylah, p. 168; and by al-Haakim, 4/216. Classed as by al-Albaani in al-Kalim al-Tayyib, 243.:
“Whoever among you sees something in himself or in his possessions or in his brother that he likes, let him pray for blessing for it, because the evil eye is real.”
Well, if all those guys say it’s real it’s probably fake.
This hadeeth explains that a person may harm himself or his wealth – and no one feels jealous of himself – but he may harm himself with the evil eye by admiring himself, so it is even more possible that he may harm his wife in the same way.
What?? Sounds more like a stupid eye not an evil eye.
Ibn al-Qayyim said:
And a man may put the evil eye on himself.
But only if he wants the imam to support him till he dies.

a man may harm his wife with the evil eye by looking at her and noticing her beauty and admiring her, even if he does not actually say to her “You are beautiful.” It is mustahabb for him to say, “O Allah, bless her.”

It was reported from (here we go again) Abu Umaamah ibn Sahl ibn Hunayf that his father told him that the Messenger of Allah went out and they travelled with him towards Makkah until they reached Shi’b al-Khazzaar in al-Juhfah.
Sahl ibn Hunayf washed himself, and he was a white man with a handsome body and skin. ‘Aamir ibn Rabee’ah, the brother of Bani ‘Udayy ibn Ka’b, looked at him when he was washing, and said, “I have never seen anything like this, not even the skin of a virgin in seclusion!” (this was a metaphor for the intense whiteness of his skin). Then Sahl suffered a seizure (an epileptic fit, in which he fell to the ground).
He was brought to the Messenger and it was said, “O Messenger of Allah, do you know what has happened to Sahl? By Allah, he cannot raise his head and he will not wake up.”
He said, “Do you accuse anyone with regard to him?”
They said, “‘Aamir ibn Rabee’ah looked at him.” So the Messenger called ‘Aamir and spoke angrily with him, saying, “Would any of you like to kill his brother? If you see something that you like, why do you not pray for blessing for it?”
Then he said to him (‘Aamir), “Do ghusl for him.” So he washed his face, hands, elbows, the soles of his feet and inside his izaar (lower garment) from a vessel, then that water was poured over him – a man poured it over his head and back from behind, tilting the vessel. This was done to him, then Sahl went on with the people and there was nothing wrong with him.

The Hadith in question was reported from Anas ibn Maalik, saying that the Messenger said, “Whoever sees something that he likes, and says, ‘Ma sha Allaah laa quwwata illa Billaah’, the evil eye will not affect him.” But this Hadith is very weak!
Ha! A verse from the Quran that doesn’t apply, a Hadith that is weak/fake and still no explanation of the evil eyeballs….well, there’s 3 minutes that I won’t get back.

Praise be to Allah.
Firstly:
Islam does not give a specific age for marriage, either for the husband or for the wife. Allah, may He be exalted, says (interpretation of the meaning):
65:4 “And for such of your women as despair of menstruation, if ye doubt, their period (of waiting) shall be three months, along with those who have it not”
2 surprises. 1st. This time when they used the word ‘Firstly’ they actually followed that word with a quote from the Quran which is highly unusual.
2nd. The verse they used was about divorce not marriage. Fail
Al-Sa‘di said: “along with those who have it [menses] not” means minors, those who have not yet started to menstruate. Adult women who have never menstruated at all are like those who “despair of menstruation” (i.e., have passed menopause); their ‘iddah is three months. End quote.
Hmm…those who have it not…that could be talking about those who have not yet ‘despair of menstruation’.
The Prophet married ‘Aa’ishah when she was six years old and the marriage was consummated when she was nine years old. Narrated by al-Bukhaari

With regard to females, the father may give his minor, virgin daughter who has not yet reached the age of nine in marriage, and there is no difference of opinion concerning that, if he gives her in marriage to someone who is compatible. Ibn al-Mundhir said: All of those scholars from whom we acquired knowledge unanimously agreed that it is permissible for a father to give his minor daughter in marriage if he arranges her to someone who is compatible, and it is permissible for him to do that even if she is reluctant. End quote.

No one may give a minor daughter in marriage except her father according to the view of Maalik and Ahmad. This was also the view of al-Shaafa‘i, but he regarded the grandfather as being like the father in that regard. Abu Haneefah said – and it was also narrated from Ahmad – that it is permissible for a guardian other than the father to give (the minor girl) in marriage, but the more correct view is the former one.
To civilized people this is considered child sexual abuse and an abuse of human rights. The question was simple, at what age can a WOMAN marry, he isn’t interested in marrying a girl! Yet the perverted scholar is pushing 9 years olds on this man?

The father should not give a minor daughter in marriage except in a case where he thinks it is in her best interests. Just as he may only dispose of her wealth in that which is in her best interests, the same applies with regard to arranging her marriage. Islam only permits that to the Muslim father who is pious and pays proper attention to the best interests of his children, and who understands very well that he is a shepherd and that he is responsible for his flock.
Listen. Any grown man who wants to marry a 9 year old is not pious or right in the head. He needs to be locked up. Any scholar who advises such should be seen as a criminal.
Ibn Wahb narrated that Maalik said, with regard to a man arranging a marriage for an orphan girl under his care: If he thinks that (the husband) is a man of virtue, righteousness and wisdom, it is permissible for him to do that.

Here’s the correct answer. Women can marry when they reach the age when they can vote. If they can’t vote, they can’t marry. Kids cannot legally enter into a contract. 9 year olds girls are not women. I have heard the argument that if she bleeds she breeds. Which is like saying, if a 9 year old boy can get an erection he’s ready to marry. Not even the perverted scholars would say that’s correct as the 9 year old boy isn’t ready to earn a living and be man of the house. A 9 year old girl would not make a good wife. They just want an excuse to have sex with a child and that’s wrong, gross, and only like minded perverts would support this crap.
Has anyone else noticed that they’ve not once said what the age of a man should be for marriage?

A man should not consummate marriage with his young bride until she is physically able to bear intercourse. This varies from one time, place and environment to another.
And who decides this, the pervert child marrying pious husband? The word pious certainly needs to be re-defined!
What young men and guardians of girls should do is hasten to arrange marriages, so as to guard chastity and protect honour, and so as to attain the great purposes for which Allah ordained marriage.
And it’s an honour to want to marry a child? Is it any wonder that the words Muslim and Islam are now seen as dirty words?
