I used to be a devout Muslims, until I started reading the six Hadiths (Al-Kutub al-Sittah). As I read, I realized that sociopath could not be a Prophet of God. In most religions God is good, God wants love, God wants peace. The God of the Qur’an does not. He wants death, war, and hatred. I know this by what is written about Muhammad in the Hadiths and Qur’an.
Fight and kill the disbelievers,
slay and are slain,
kill and are killed,
Fight those who do not believe until they all surrender,
paying the protective tax in submission,
Muslims, fight in Allah’s Cause,
Fight them until all opposition ends and all submit to Allah,
So fight them until there is no more Fitnah,
Fight the unbelievers around you, and let them find harshness in you. – Looking back this looked so normal to me, so necessary.

This is a popular misconception among people living in the United States and the west in general, and the statements of a few radicals in the Muslim world don’t help in ending this false idea in people’ minds. In fact, Islam forbids the taking of any human life except for a just cause under the law (i.e. the Qur’an & Sunnah), that is: capital punishment for convicted murderers, fighting inwartime, or self-defense.
What do they believe? VS. What does the religion teach?

What defines an *Islamic Act (i.e. an authentic act of submitting to God)?

A true Muslim (submitter to God) is by definition one that acts in accordance with the teachings of ISLAM; freely and willingly accepts the supreme power of God and strives to organize his or her life in total accord with God’s teachings.
Value of Life in Islam
The Qur’an is the ultimate authority of the value Islam places on Life.
THE HOLY QUR’AN (6:151)
And Thou shalt not kill, and do not take any life, which God has made sacred, except by way of [Haq]-justice and law (due process/just cause); thus does He command you, that you may learn wisdom.
The above verse is a general statement that declares all formsof life as sacred to God, and thatmurder is forbidden – as it is listed as one of the Seven Greatest Sins in Islam.
The Qur’an also has this to say about taking a SINGLE life:
THE HOLY QUR’AN (5:32)
…Whoever took a single life (onesoul), except if it be for murder or spreading mischief and corruption in the land – It would be as if He killed the whole of Humanity; And (likewise) if any one saved one life, it would be as if he saved the life of all people.
In the above verse, the Qur’an states that in God’s eyes if someone was to kill just one innocent person it is considered just as great as killing all people on earth. Murder is Murder. Sincethe life of each unique soul is God’s creation and possession, to have no respect for the sanctity of the life of just one of His creatures is to disrespect life and the one who gave it.

According to the explanation of the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) there is a greater struggle (Jihad) and a lesser.
*. Major Jihad : the struggle to control one’s own desires/lusts
*. Minor Jihad : God allowed the Muslims to fight in their own defense to repel military aggression, and to fight oppression, brutality, and injustice against themselves oron behalf of any group with whom there exists a treaty of mutual defense.
When is Fighting allowed in the Qur’an?
In the teaching of the Qur’an, fighting is allowed in the following circumstances:

And why should you not fight in the way of God for those who are week, ill-treated, and oppressed? Men, Women, and Children, whose only cry is, “Oh our Lord! Rescue us from this town whose people are tyrants, and raise for us from you one who will protect us; and raise for us from you one who will help!”
Note, that the above verse does not say “…fight in the way of God for those MUSLIMS who areweek… “etc. This verse is a general call to stand up for justice and the rights of all people whose God-given rights are being violated.
When is Fighting not allowedin the Qur’an?

…If they (the enemy) withdraws from you and do notfight you, and instead send you (guarantees of) Peace, then God has opened no way for you (to fight against them).

In War: Who can be fought & who can’t be harmed?

Hadith of the Holy Prophet:
“Do not kill any old person”

Under Islamic law, rape can only be proven if the rapist confesses or if there are four male witnesses. Women who allege rape, without the benefit of the act having been witnessed by four men who subsequently develop a conscience, are actually confessing to having sex. If they or the accused happens to be married, then it is considered to be adultery.
The Qur’an:
Qur’an (2:282) – Establishes that a woman’s testimony is worth only half that of a man’s in court (there is no “he said/she said” gridlock in Islam).
Qur’an (24:4) – “And those who accuse free women then do not bring four witnesses (to adultery), flog them…” Strictly speaking, this verse addresses adultery (revealed at the very time that Muhammad’s favorite wife was being accused of adultery on the basis of only three witnesses, coincidentally enough) however it is a part of the theological underpinning of the Sharia rule.
Qur’an (24:13) – “Why did they not bring four witnesses of it? But as they have not brought witnesses they are liars before Allah.”
Qur’an (2:223) – “Your wives are as a tilth unto you; so approach your tilth when or how ye will…” There is no such thing as rape in marriage, as a man is permitted unrestricted sexual access to his wives.
From the Hadith:
Bukhari (5:59:462) – The background for the Qur’anic requirement of four witnesses to adultery. Muhammad’s favorite wife, Aisha, was accused of cheating [on her polygamous husband]. Three witnesses corroborated the event, but Muhammad apparently did not want to believe it, and so established the arbitrary rule that four witnesses are required.
Additional Notes:
Rape of Muslim women is against Islamic law – although the rape of non-Muslim women is not, if they are ‘captured in battle’ or bought as slaves. Even the rape of a Muslim woman is almost impossible to prove under strict Islamic law (Sharia). If the man claims that the act was consensual sex, there is very little that the woman can do to refute this. Islam places the burden of avoiding sexual encounters of any sort on the woman.
A recent fatwa from a mainstream Islamic site echoes this rule and even chides a victim of incest for complaining when she has no “evidence”:
However, it is not permissible to accuse the father of rape without evidence. Indeed, the Sharee’ah put some special conditions for proving Zina (fornication or adultery) that are not required in case of other crimes. The crime of Zina is not confirmed except if the fornicator admits it, or with the testimony of four trustworthy men, while the testimony of women is not accepted.
Hence, the statement of this girl or the statement of her mother in itself does not Islamically prove anything against the father, especially that the latter denies it.

Since it is incredibly unlikely that a child molester will violate his victim in front of “four trustworthy men”, Islamic law amounts to a free pass for sexual predators.
Islamic law rejects forensic evidence (such as DNA) in favor of testimony. An interesting situation thus sometimes develops in cases where a victim alleges rape and the man denies that sex even took place. In the absence of four male witnesses, rape cannot be proven. The woman’s testimony then becomes a “confession” of adultery. She can be stoned, even though the male is unpunished, since he never “confessed” to a sexual act!
Some clerics blame rape on the woman. Australian Sheik Feiz recently said a rape victim “has no one to blame but herself. She displayed her beauty to the entire world… to tease man and appeal to his carnal nature.”
One of the world’s most respected Sunni scholars, Sheikh Yusuf al-Qaradawi, recently told an audience on his al-Jazeera television show that “To be absolved from guilt, the raped woman must have shown some sort of good conduct.”
Also, there can be no such thing as rape in marriage, even if the husband has to hit the wife in order to bring about her submission. Another recent fatwa reminds a woman, she “does not have the right to refuse her husband, rather she must respond to his request every time he calls her.”

it is clear from above hadith that prophet muhammad even did not ask raped woman to prove your rape you must get 4 wittness instead prophet looked the condition of woman and gave harsh punishment to rapist. The harsh punishment of rapists in muslim countries is a reason behind low rape cases in muslim countries.
But you said that hadith, were not reliable source of Islam, so it looks like you are just using Qur’an and hadith when both say contradict rules, so Islam again proved is true religion. Ten Obvious Reasons Why
Islam is NOT a Religion of Peace
#1 18,000 deadly terror attacks committed explicitly in the name of Islam in just the last ten years. (Other religions combined for perhaps a dozen or so).
#2 Muhammad, the prophet of Islam, had people killed for insulting him or for criticizing his religion. This included women. Muslims are told to emulate the example of Muhammad.
#3 Muhammad said in many places that he has been “ordered by Allah to fight men until they testify that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is his messenger.” In the last nine years of his life, he ordered no less than 65 military campaigns to do exactly that.
Muhammad inspired his men to war with the basest of motives, using captured loot, sex and a gluttonous paradise as incentives. He beheaded captives, enslaved children and raped women captured in battle. Again, Muslims are told to emulate the example of Muhammad.
#4 After Muhammad died, the people who lived with him and knew his religion best immediately fell into war with each other.
Fatima, Muhammad’s favorite daughter, survived the early years among the unbelievers at Mecca safe and sound, yet died of stress from the persecution of fellow Muslims only six months after her father died. She even miscarried Muhammad’s grandchild after having her ribs broken by the man who became the second caliph.

Three of the first four Muslim rulers (caliphs) were murdered. All of them were among Muhammad’s closest companions. The third caliph was killed by allies of the son of the first (who was murdered by the fifth caliph a few years later, then wrapped in the skin of a dead donkey and burned). The fourth caliph (Ali) was stabbed to death after a bitter dispute with the fifth. The fifth caliph went on to poison one of Muhammad’s two favorite grandsons. The other grandson was later beheaded by the sixth caliph.
The infighting and power struggles between Muhammad’s family members, closest companions and their children only intensified with time. Within 50 short years of Muhammad’s death, even the Kaaba, which had stood for centuries under pagan religion, lay in ruins from internal Muslim war…
And that’s just the fate of those within the house of Islam!
#5 Muhammad directed Muslims to wage war on other religions and bring them under submission to Islam. Within the first few decades following his death, his Arabian companions invaded and conquered Christian, Jewish, Hindu, Buddhist and Zoroastrian lands.
A mere 25 years after Muhammad’s death, Muslim armies had captured land and people within the borders of over 28 modern countries outside of Saudi Arabia.
#6 Muslims continued their Jihad against other religions for 1400 years, checked only by the ability of non-Muslims to defend themselves. To this day, not a week goes by that Islamic fundamentalists do not attempt to kill Christians, Jews, Hindus and Buddhists explicitly in the name of Allah.
None of these other religions are at war with each other.
#7 Islam is the only religion that has to retain its membership by threatening to kill anyone who leaves. This is according to the example set by Muhammad.
#8 Islam teaches that non-Muslims are less than fully human. Muhammad said that Muslims can be put to death for murder, but that a Muslim could never be put to death for killing a non-Muslim.
