I am sikh and am married to a muslim, we have been together for 8 years and are very happy, does it matter what religion you are as long as you believe in 1 god, muslims call him Allah, sikhs call him waheguru. I continue to practise my faith and he practises his and we give each other full respect. He is one of the kindest practising muslims I know, and we should not forget when we die we are all equal in Gods eyes, it is not what religion we followed that will determine our fate but our purity of heart and belief in God.
If we have children they will be taught both faiths and can choose freely and no offence will be taken as it will be their choice, all this you can do this and cant do this is irrelavent, our love has proven that inter faith relationships can work, God has blessed us and we are eternally grateful, may others out there learn from our blessings -N kaur

God has no religion.. Y r pol so deluded by religion. Sikh means learn.. Meditate and learn throughout life.. Religions only divide and create nothing but friction! Takes away humanity. One love to all.. Meditate and remember God so that u get guidance within yourself. Let your heart and soul guide u, dont let other ppl tell u how to live ur life.

I m a muslim girl and i met a Sikh guy he is awesome he is everything i was looking for and the same in his case. I met his mum but she doesn’t want him marry me. We really like each other and he can’t leave his mum i would never to that but i don’t know what to do he always has an argument with his mum about me. His mum is sick and the only left over family he has. He takes good care of his mum.But like i mention before i don’t know what to do 🙁

Assuming his mom is ready to let you get married, how are you planning to get married? By Sikh marriage, Islamic Nikaah after his conversion to Islam or civil wedding?
Guru nanak was influenced by islam and so he made a new religion leaving rapist type, barbaric, pervertive, evil, inhuman hindu religion , all bad hindu things are not there in sikhism and all good things of islam are there in sikhsism
Im a Muslim and im going out with a sikh… I don’t see how truly you are actually getting along… if you’re both practicing your faith..neither of you is actually respecting each other because it’s contradicting you’re not allowed to eat halal he is… there’s other stuff as well

I am afraid that your good days are numbered. Soon you will be victim islamic evil rules and repent for ever. It is a very cruel and discriminatory religion against females in all respects, they are denied even basic rights of movement, expression, fresh air to breath, restriction, domestic violence and abusive behaviour. Be aware and dont get trapped.
