Hey Donald, im a hindu girl with a christian fiance, we r getting marry in a few weeks, however, on the April 27th we r doin a hindu wedding , and on sunday a christan wedding followed by reception. As a hindu, i am required to go to church for 3 weeks so they can announce the marriage for objections. ive never been to church, but i still “compromise” n went. likewise he accompanies me to mandir. it doesnt mean i changed or changed religions, but we believed that we served one god, hence, god is sending his message through the mouth of the respected priest. we compromise and respect each other’s religion! -Anuradha

Hi Anuradha,
Normally the church requires 3 weeks of course at the church and also you will have to sign one sided prenuptial agreement that your children will have baptism and raised as Christians. Let us know if your case is any different than that of Tejas. We are waiting. Thanks. -Admin

AnuRadha,
Today is your wedding day, we wish you the best. Please keep in touch with us for what you learn in your married life. Some of most important points you will learn when you have children. Best wishes.
in our country – GUYANA, they have not said anything so far to us. Maybe because my fiance and his mother are members for ages.
Is there any expectation that your children have to be baptized?
