so my question why people are loving blindly? and why the need of this kinds of marriages? why love is becoming more than the faith and parents? my question love is it an opium or not? other wise why we need love? it is love or attraction of the teenagers? Anu T

Hi Anu,
You have raised a great question. We believe love is real and true, but is short lasting. If you are believer of “love is for ever”, go ask any married couple who is married for more than a year.
Love is certainly like an opium. When you are high, there is nothing can stop you. However, the same couple when they broke up or when something goes wrong, sometimes, are willing to kill each other (click on the picture on the post above).
Love is blind, but only for gullible people. Those people who are rational thinkers and strong minded, will get alarmed when things start getting south and will take hard decisions to fix the issue at hand. If they cannot fix it, they will walk away from the relationship.
On “why the need of this kinds of marriages?”, We agree. Marriage itself is very complex and difficult to manage. On top, add love marriage without permission of parents. Add to it complexities of interfaith marriages. All of sudden you will have lots to chew than what you can manage.
Instead if it, it is better to work with your parents but making sure that the picked party is compatible with you. This will improve your changes of a happy everlasting marriage.
On “it is love or attraction of the teenagers?”, yes, it is fashionable to fall in love. God has designed it this way (sex steroids!!). It is only a few months before planned wedding, one will realise all issues at hands.
