We agree to this “HOW SHE CAN CHANGE MY RACE?” Yes, you were a child, it is irrational to change your religion like this to an innocent child.
What is this… “SURAT BERANAK ANAK ANGKAT”?
The adoption agency should be able to tell you your parents’ information. Can you google search and find out the agency?
Can you move to India with your boy friend? Can you move to any other country after marriage?

If you faith in MyKad is Islam, it will be very difficult to changed it to anything else in Malaysia, but we can try. Read these Case 1 & Case 2. We will need lots of information about your status before we can guide you or help you.
On “I converted to Islam by a guardians” did you personally ever took Shahadah oath? Are you performing daily namaz? Other than the religion status in MyKad, how are you a Muslim?
On “my parents status i don’t know”, how do you know that you were a Hindu? Did you tried to find your parents? Do you want to know about your parents? Who assigned you this Muslim guardian?
Is the Hindu boy friend willing to convert to Islam?
Personally are you okay converting to Hinduism? We assume you were raised as a Muslim, how much faith you have in Islam/Allah/Muhammad/Koran? Are you okay not having Islamic Nikaah and instead have a Hindu wedding ceremony? Will your life-style and faith in Islam impact if you marry and live like a Hindu in your married life?
Is your boy friend from Malaysia or from other place? Where are you planning to settle after the marriage?
If you do revert to Hinduism, will that be an issue to your adapted Muslim parents? Will they support you?

At what age you converted to Islam and what was circumstance for it? What is the religion it states on your MyKad?
